Overview of design services
- We provide complete design and specification for Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
- Site visits can be undertaken by our Project Engineers to discuss all aspects of your requirements.
- Sizing of cylinders, motors and hydraulic power pack will be calculated. Optional methods of system controls outlined, from computer controlled proportional valving to standard solenoid operated, air pilot operated or manual valving.
- Safety will be built into the design, also selection of the most suitable components for the application. Consideration to the application cycle time, frequency of operation and environmental conditions will all play a part in choosing the correct filtration level, type of hydraulic fluid and method of temperature control of the oil. Noise levels to statutory laws.
- A fully itemised quotation will be forwarded after final discussions. On receipt of an order, the Design Office will generate a Cad Drawing of the circuit and full parts list. Pressure and flow settings will be indicated also pipe and part sizes.
- A maintenance manual will be produced covering, circuit, parts list recommended spares and routine service schedule, with a fault finding section.
